There's little doubt that this two-volume concert and documentary package will appeal to die-hard Metallica lovers--given its more than three-hour length (two and a half for the concert segment alone), the band's predominantly white male fan base (repeatedly addressed as "man" by singer-guitarist James Hetfield) will be--in fact already are--ecstatic. But one wonders, especially given the erratic history of rock-cum-orchestra experiments, whether S&M will win Metallica any new aficionados. The fact is that the presence of the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra, conducted by composer Michael Kamen, adds texture but not much else of significance to the Metallica sound. The band is so loud that it tends to overwhelm even a 100-plus member orchestra; what's more, Metallica's crunching, fist-pumping, riff-laden metal music lends itself less to genuine orchestral adornment than to superfluous bombast. And while the sound quality is excellent, it's still basically just a filmed concert, with little in the way of additional visual interest. Still, there are some cool moments, and all involved are clearly having a great time. There are also two new Metallica songs, "No Leaf Clover" and "Minus Human." (Note: also available is an edited version, sold at a slightly lower price, which corresponds to the popular PBS broadcast. The longer version carries an explicit content advisory label, due to much casual profanity, especially in the "making of" documentary.) --Sam Graham

Description

Metallica, never resting, never ceasing to innovate or amaze, returns with an extraordinary document of their concert with the San Francisco Symphony. Metallica's select favorites unfold like never before with the eloquent symphonic backing; they have never sounded more powerful or dramatic. The performance includes two new songs--"No Leaf Clover" and "Human."

5 out of 5 stars An incredible concert.......2007-09-10

This concert was breathtaking. It was a flawless performance of the best combination of metal music and an orchestra that I had ever heard. The music was written so well that you would have thought that they originally composed the music this way, rather than rewritten it for this concert. It sounded so good that I have the double set of cds as well. I hope that they do this again with their other music. It gives it a whole new dimension.

I highly recommend this to not only Metallica fans but to fans of orchestra music as well. It will definitely broaden your horizons.

5 out of 5 stars Metalli-tastic!!.......2007-05-26

This is the best concert DVD I have ever seen by far. It is of amazing sound and visual quality with many extra features. The documentary on the making of S&M is very interesting and cool to watch. If you love Metallica as much as I do, then you'll love this DVD.

5 out of 5 stars Metallica Delivers -- S&M does not disappoint!.......2007-02-19

Not being a huge Metallica fan I wasn't sure what I would get with this DVD. Obviously I enjoy enough of their music to take a chance on this. Hey the concept of a head banger band combined with a symphony was very intriguing. And it delivered far more than I ever imagined. Having played in a symphony for 5 years during my school days -- I was more than a little concerned about the symphony's arrangement and hoped that Metallica wouldnt just drown them out. Michael Kamen (or whomever) was masterful in blending the symphony together with the metal to provide a very robust and rich sound. And the band doesnt overpower the symphony at all. As a metal head banger I was also worried that they would produce a milk toast or watered down version of Metallica -- again no worries mate! Metallica sounds great and the symphony adds an amazing texture to them. The DVD visually is very well done -- cameras transition from musician to musician and angle to angle in a coheisive fashion so that the viewer feels like part of the performance or at least being part of the front row. All parties appear to be enjoying themselves tremendously - which makes viewing the DVD even more fun. If you like Metallica you wont be disappointed and if you're just a casual fan but love music you'll enjoy this one too.

5 out of 5 stars Great DVD!.......2007-01-16

I bought this DVD for my boyfriend for Christmas and he asbsolutely loves it! It has fantastic sound quality and it is very impressive to watch the orchestra play in the background. Perfect gift for any Metallica lovers!

While 2003's Daredevil was a conventional superhero movie, the 2005 spinoff, Elektra, is more of a wuxia-styled martial arts/fantasy flick. Elektra (Jennifer Garner) has returned to her life as a hired assassin, but she balks at an assignment to kill a single father (Goran Visnjic, ER) and his teenage daughter (Kirsten Prout). That makes her the target of the Hand, an organization of murderous ninjas, scheming corporate types, and a band of stylish supervillains seeking to eliminate Elektra and tip the balance of power in the ongoing battle of good vs. evil.

As the star of Alias, Garner has proven that she can kick butt with the best of them, and some of the visual effects are impressive, but the action sequences tend to be anticlimactic, and there's not much to the story. Fans will notice numerous references to Frank Miller's comic books, but there's very little resemblance to Miller's cold-blooded killer (Elektra with an agent? Elektra referring to herself as a "soccer mom"?).

Is Elektra better than Daredevil? Not really, even with the distinct advantage of having all Garner and no Ben Affleck. That could be the spinoff's greatest disappointment: after Spider-Man 2 raised the bar for comic-book movies, Elektra lowered it back to Daredevil's level. Directed by Rob Bowman (the X-Files movie), and featuring Terence Stamp as the mysterious mentor Stick, Will Yun Lee (Die Another Day) as the chief villain, and NFL-player-turned-mixed-martial-arts-champion Bob Sapp as the immovable Stone. --David Horiuchi

1 out of 5 stars ELECTRA?? COME ON YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING!?.......2007-06-17

First off the fact that this movie got made before an Iron-Man, Thor,Captain American and The Avengers, and the list goes on movies is ridiculous!I thought Daredevil was good, it could have been better, but I was fairly happy with the end result. I bought the director's cut ,but have not gotten around to watching it yet.I have heard it is much better than the original. OK now back to Electra. This movie is boring, stupid, poorly acted and.....do I need to continue? They should have worked on Daredevil 2 instead of this piece of garbage! Unless your a completest Marvel movie nut, avoid this one at all cost!

1 out of 5 stars Save Your Money.......2007-05-31

If you liked the theatrical cut of Elektra, you might be wondering: is it worth the money to buy the director's cut? I would say no. Differences in the two cuts are minimal. If you've seen one, you've pretty much seen the other.

Director Rob Bowman writes that he spent approximately 14 weeks "personally handcrafting the movie [director's cut] for home theatre" in that he "re-color-timed every shot, changed some of the music, added in new footage, added visual effects" and remixed the sound specifically for a home theatre system. Maybe when you're as close to the work as Bowman all that makes a great difference, but as the end recipient of all that effort, honestly, I can barely tell the difference.

So if the director's cut itself isn't worth the price of admission, what of the special features on the second disk? They're fairly lame. I was especially disappointed by the history of Elektra in comics. On several Marvel movie DVDs lately an "extra" has been an in-depth history of a particular comic book/character, from its beginning to the present, and interviews with many of the creative folk who've worked it over the years. In particular the retrospectives on the Punisher and Avengers were both excellent.

That is not the case with the Elektra retrospective. The interviews with important creators (Frank Miller, Klaus Janson, Bill Sienkiewicz, Brian Michael Bendis, Greg Rucka) are all there, but the material is presented in an extremely disjointed fashion, and there are many obscure references to other creators, other storylines, other industry personnel spread throughout that are never followed up on or explained. This will all be horribly confusing to anyone but a long-term, hardcore comics fan. I've been collecting comics for decades and have read most of the stories featuring Elektra so I was able to follow what was said; actually there was little here that was new to me. But as I watched this thing I was struck, again and again, by the thought that, had I been simply the average, non-comics-geek moviegoer, there were so many moments when I would have had no idea what they were talking about.

As to the Elektra movie per se, I liked it. And that surprised me because I despised everything about the Daredevil film including Jennifer Garner's Elektra. The Elektra movie is much better. I have to give Garner credit, after the critical drubbing and mediocre box office response accorded Daredevil, for having the guts to revisit the character. Having now watched her play Elektra in a decent movie, I realize that in Daredevil, along with everyone else in the film, Jennifer Garner was simply the victim of a bad script and director.

I give the theatrical cut of Elektra four stars. Not a great movie, but a pretty darn good little super-hero flick. I give the director's cut one star, not because it's any worse than the theatrical cut, but because it's not significantly different, thus can't justify its own existence.

1 out of 5 stars Quiet possibly the worst movie ever.......2007-04-06

Not even Jennifer Garner in tight clothes could make this movie worth a second watch or first watch come to think of it. AVOID AT ALL COST.

4 out of 5 stars Elektra - directors cut.......2007-03-16

Really enjoyed this movie. Crisp visuals with vibrant colours, great sound, interesting plot and character development (not always the case in comic based cinema). Plus Jennifer is a babe!

The extras (sadly absent from the Australian release) were interesting though not all of them will receive repeat viewings!

Well packaged too, also contains a mini comic book for fans of the Elektra "graphic novels". A worthy addition to "Superhero"/"comic book" dvd collections.

5 out of 5 stars ACTION PACKED!.......2007-02-25

This movie is ACTION PACKED!! It is better than the original theratical version! It has additional and extended scenes. If you liked the theratical version you need this Director's Cut version!

DVD features
Ben Affleck's much-rumored cameo is one of the deleted scenes on the Elektra DVD. It's a one-minute throwaway, and while he's supposedly appearing as Matt Murdock (who romanced Elektra in Daredevil), the barrage of celebrity gossip makes it impossible to see him as anything other than Jennifer Garner's real-life boyfriend. There's also a making-of featurette, which is mostly promotional hype other than a few interesting effects shots; four editing featurettes; and Jennifer Garner's videotaped message to ComicCon. --David Horiuchi

3 out of 5 stars Better than you'd think.......2007-09-11

Or, at least, better than I expected. The whole story of how she is brought back to life is a stretch, but, hey, it is a comic book adaptation. Should the movie have been made? Well, why not, they brought the character back after killing her off in the Daredevil comic book story line, even though she was originally created for the purpose of dying.

All in all, a descent enough movie, but I liked Punisher better. Of course, neither can touch Daredevil.

3 out of 5 stars "She's an urban legend".......2007-08-18

Before watching this movie I did not know much about this character from the Marvel comics. Elektra died in "Daredevil", but she was brought back from the dead by the Masters. The problem is that now both sides, good and evil, seek her out. She is currently working as a gun-for-hire and is asked to go to an island and wait for instructions regarding her next mission. While she is waiting, she meets a father and daughter living in isolation and trying home-schooling. As soon as Elektra starts to get close to this people, she finds out that they are her target!

Compared to "Daredevil", I would say that "Elektra" walks more into the fantastic side, with elements of future seeing, the use of animals to see distant events and other supernatural powers. In this sense, it is more in line with other Marvel comics, like X-Men. The action scenes are not at the level of "Daredevil" though, which is a shame, since Jennifer Garner is the perfect choice for this type of scenes.

Elektra has flashbacks from her childhood and we also get to see some of the events that developed between the time she was brought back from the dead and the current moment. This gives us some information that is helpful for understanding this character, but the development stops there. I would say that overall the film is OK, and allows us to spend some time entertained; but that is all there is to this production. If you are a fan of Marvel, then you definitely have to see it, but for the rest of you I would say do not bother.

4 out of 5 stars Exceeded expectations.......2007-04-16

I put off seeing this movie for over two years because it had been so widely panned by both critics and moviegoers. But, I rented it as part of a two-for-one deal at my local videostore and was glad I did.

Is Elektra a great movie? No. But it's good. Make no mistake, Batman Begins was a better film all the way around, but Elektra had similar elements, particularly in the back stories (both heroes lost parents when they were young, both were trained in ninjitsu and other martial arts.) Elektra was a bit darker, for lack of a better term, than other Marvel comics-turned films such as The Hulk, X-Men or The Fantastic Four.

In essence, Elektra is a martial arts film. It has many asian elements and themes. While many comic book superheroes acquire their powers by mutation, radiation or some other technological disaster or circumstance, Elektra's powers are mystical and learned, giving the story an eastern, not western, flavor.

The action sequences are well done. The scenes are nicely shot. Very little of what takes place is so unbelievable as to be silly or ridiculous. Jennifer Garner brings much of Alias to this role but it works.

I'm not sure I would buy this movie but it's worth a rental, especially if you like action/adventure films.

5 out of 5 stars One for your collection.......2007-03-08

I thought Elektra was a great continuance of the Dare Devil - the two movies complement each other. I had to have it for my movie collection.

5 out of 5 stars Shockingly Good! .......2006-10-23

Elektra' really surprised me with how well the film was made. Jennifer Garner has perfected her role that she has reprised once again since her last film `Daredevil'. I couldn't picture anyone else as this character after watching this movie, she truly is amazing. This has it all action with cool special effects and a good story. From the animals coming off of Tattoo to just the martial arts battles, this really did impress me. Like everyone has said, you shouldn't judge this movie until you see it. It is very underrated and also very good.

5 out of 5 stars Staind - It's Been Awhile since I've been so emotionally touched by music........2006-04-24

Over the last few years I've been aware of a band named Staind and I've also recently found over this time I've accumulated a good awareness of Staind music and history. I've grown to find that Staind is not just about depression like some people here mentioned; it's about emotion - strong emotions. Some people express deep emotions that touch at the heart of their souls; Aaron Lewis is sharing his journey through life. I have a deep respect and admiration for this band and their art.

Staind - MTV Unplugged has to be one of my favorite Staind performances on DVD. Check it out, you won't be sorry!

1 out of 5 stars Horrible... just plain horrible!.......2005-09-29

Die-hard fans please ignore...

As a musician I have an appreciation for a very wide range of music so I purchase pretty much every music DVD produced. After checking out Staind's MTV UNPLUGGED DVD all I can say is this band and it's music are just plain horrible.

The theme of every song is either based on anger, depression, lonliness, paranoia or any other thing this guy can whine about.

The show is one long depressing song with the same dull tempo and basic chord changes... if you are into that kind of thing I guess this is the best DVD in the world!

Performance notes:

These guys must be pitch deft, the guitars are either out of tune or they are such bad musicians they can't even play this extremely simple music properly...

The singer has a drony voice and sings off key 80% of the time... if you can actually endure the songs it's hard to believe you can put up with the bad singing.

Let's not forget his great personality between songs... basically "ughh... this next song is I Hate Everybody/Life Sucks/My Parents Are Jerks/Relationships Suck/etc...

DVD notes:

Picture is typical of these MTV shows... nothing to write hone about, but a clear 4:3 transfer with adequate lighting.

Sound of 5.1 track is very processed and hollow sounding... stick with the 2.0 track if you actually want to listen to this garbage...

Look for my copy on eBay!

1 out of 5 stars Warning : this DVD is censored.......2005-04-30

I feel ripped off and am so angry right now. I can not believe the idiotic censorship on this DVD. The word "$hit" is blanked out of the performance of Mudshovel basically ruining it. And to show how idiotic and senseless this censorship is you can see the word spelled out for all the world to see on the subtitles!!! It gives you that same feeling as when you are watching a good R rated movie on TV and its all hacked up with blanked out dialog. There is no disclosure that the video has been hacked in the description by Amazon. Avoid buying MTV products unless you are an 11 year old's mother.

5 out of 5 stars metallica:year and half parts 1 & 2.......2007-07-25

I love this dvd because it shows you what it is like to be a heavy metal rock star from the recording an album to being on the road (the good and bad )and meeting and dealing with other band members bad behavior eg Axl rose. You come out of watching the dvd feeling like you have been to some amazing concerts and travelled the world with your best friends Jason, James, Lars and Kirk.

5 out of 5 stars Classic Metallica. Better than some kind of monster........2007-01-06

Two documentaries one making the album, the other touring it, just as they were becoming the biggest metal band in the world. If you like Metallica you'll love this.

5 out of 5 stars best music video ever.......2006-10-10

all the reviews point to "some kind of monster". good, but cant hold a candle to this. the making of, and tour of, one of the greatest albums ever. i'm not going to go on, just see it and feel it. hell you even have Spinal Tap jump in on vol.2 in regards to the "Black Album". Newsted's last great hurrah.

5 out of 5 stars A must for any Metallica Fan.......2006-08-29

This DVD is a must for any true Metallica fan it rock's from start to finish!!!

4 out of 5 stars Metallica Early On .......2005-08-05

Being a Metallica fan, I did rather enjoy this trinket of Metal Music History. The early 90's proved to be a crucial time for Metallica as documented in this movie. The turning point of Metallica's "Black Album" and the touring that followed helped the band to procure a seat (the number one seat) on the Rock/Metal charts.

Watching the production/recording of the album, the marriage of sonic producer Bob Rock helping out, and a bunch of roudy 20-something world-class rockers is pure entertainment. Their haughty self-importance is hard to take at times (see Lars), but definitely sheer entertainment. The live footage of the band across world venues is worth the price alone. It shows how much of a live band they really are. Also included are their videos from the album, which are nice to have sprinkled into the mix of the movie.

Although this movie is nothing to Some Kind Of Monster (their latest movie), it shows the old Metallica that grew right into the reputation of Alcoholica, women, drugs, touring, rock-n-roll life on the road extraordinaire. It is interesting to see them back then, the organic beginnings of the biggest Metal band of all time. During this movie they are poised to claim that throne, and don't even know it yet.

Very interesting to watch, just don't let your kids watch--not only will they see nudity/etc., they might get some crazy idea of becoming a rockstar.

Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars AC DC rocks.......2007-02-21

No matter how you cut it, AC DC rocks. Is this the best concert video out there. Probably not. But, this one works just fine. The first couple of songs were shot in daylight hours, which was a little different. I wanted an AC DC dvd to put on the television as background entertainment for my parties. Well, this video was not very good for that, it ended up being the center part for my parties. We were all nodding our heads and tapping our feet to the music. Would I buy it again....Yes

5 out of 5 stars AC/DC has not lost a beat.......2007-02-13

AC/DC still kicks but after all these years. This DVD of their last tour proves they still got alot of gas left in those tanks.

2 out of 5 stars the truth from an AC/DC fan...and it hurts.......2007-01-26

well they are showing their age....to bad to..I was not impressed...Brian Johnson if you watch closely enough is straining A LOT to sing in many pan shots..you have to watch closely..I dare say it -- time to get a new singer.. namely the lead singer from Rhinobucket..truth hurts..sorry guys.

4 out of 5 stars A Great Set (4.5).......2006-06-23

"Stiff Upper Lip" captures AC/DC working their butts off on a tour and even though they're aging, they prove that they can still deliver electrifying performances. This one is no short of excellent as they go through a huge chunk of their massive repetoire, covering the old and the new. Of course Brian Johnson can quite reach the high notes like he used to be able to, but believe me, this guy has energy and you can tell he is working hard. "You Shook Me All Night Long" really sets the tone for the show, and Angus Young gives a killer solo. My personal favourites from this concert are the performances from the Back in Black album, which include a great performance of the self titled track, a hard, blues tinged "Rock n' Roll Ain't Noise Pollution", and a heavy version of "What Do You Do For Money, Honey?". "Shoot To Thrill" is another great one on here as AC/DC gets the whole crowd involved. "Thunderstruck" as usual lights up the audience and this is a top notch performance of the song. "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap" and "TNT" show the band digging into the older stuff, and they a great job of it, and Angus kills the solos.
Overall, if you are a diehard AC/DC fan, you must have this DVD. I myself am a casual fan but wanted to see what their live shows are like and picked this up. It is excellent stuff. Highly recommended.

5 out of 5 stars .....its NEVER GONNA die!.......2006-03-22

2003 still remains to be the last time AC/DC toured, which has finally caused me to wonder if they are gonna do it again. After all, HOW THE FRIG CAN ANYONE DO IT FOR SO LONG? Ok, so, first I watched the DONINGTON DVD from 1991. I was like WOW! They are getting a little old but... STILL KICKIN' IT!
Next I got the 2001 DVD. They look even older. Years of rock lifestyle in the most atomic degree HAS GOT to catch up with you. Right? Well, I guess if you want to judge a book by it's cover maybe... The DVD is still INTENSE!
AC/DC stands for everything that is pure and simple and still god damned amazing in ROCK! They are down and dirty, but in a lighthearted, free spirited sort of way. And maybe fame and money effects them in real life, but seriously, I don't give a cool heap about it. I LIKE to pound my head to the same formula over and over, it's addicting... if you think every song sounds the same you must have years of wax in the ears...
ok, a little slow dramatic intro to warm you up, it gets a little heavier when (thats good ol' PHIL RUDD) the 4/4 drums kick in, then BANG! I feel like findin' some ASS and GRASS! I just feel good, instantly... and these guys give it all the heart they've got, which makes me feel even better.
I don't care what ANYBODY says... I flippin' LOVE, L-O-V-E LOVE, AC/DC........
YEAH! Even better live!

4 out of 5 stars Those were the days..........2007-08-30

The real real deal in this package is the Seatle gig.Though shorn of the fancy settings of the San Diego gig, this is one of the most explosive gigs I have seen on DVD.The guys launch a relentless assault and you'll love every minute of it.Even the San Diego gig seems a bit tamed down in comparison. The only let down is the sound, and thats why I give it 4 stars. Its ridiculously murky !

4 out of 5 stars Metalica live.......2006-08-14

The box set is amazing because it shows Metallica in the best part of its career. All the old best songs are compended in the 2 Live CD's and the two DVD concerts are espectacular although the video quiality is not the best maybe because it has been taken from the VHS format.

This box set is incredible. So much metal crammed on to 3 CDs abd 2 DVDs. About 8 hours of head banging, kick a$$ metal. It is amazing how you can actually feel the adreniline and excitment like you were actually there. It also makes we want to start my own mosh pit. This album is so awesome that I could go on forver but before I start rambling I will go through the songs.

Disc1
1 Enter Sandman-great opener, this song kicks more a$$ live then studio(in my opion)10/10
2 Creeping Sandman-Great Song from Ride the Lighting the version is definitly not as good as the studio but nonetheless a heavy rocker 9/10
3 Harvester of Sorrow- One of the best songs on this first disc it is probably the best from And Jutice for All they just rock hard here and so does Mexico City 10/10
4 Welcome Home(Sanitarium)- Great song with a grea intro, when Kirk comes in with the clean guitar I always get a chill down my spine 10/10
5 Sad but True- Better in the studio but the guitar solo is so much better live they ruined the chorus though but I still love this song 9/10
6 Of Wolf and Man- Worst song on any of the three albums the sound is so muffled in my opinion i think James ruined it still this song is awesome 8/10(keep in mind all the songs are awesome)
7 Unforgiven-This song is amazing live I love the acustic intro it is just so awesome also James's voice is really clean for most of it 10/10
8 Justice Meledy- The song is awesome but i wish they could have done more with Blackend and less with And Justice but i still love it 10/10
9 Guitar and Bass Solos- The solos are just to prove that they have a good sense of humor and know how to have fun the bass is just incredible so is Hammets guitar solos and to make it even better it's about 18 minutes long 10/10

Disc 2
1 Through the Never- I don't really listen to this one but when I do my neck gets really sore you know why any ways a great song with some awesome vocals 10/10

Ok, we have a few good live albums, being Ozzy Osbourne's Tribute, Iron Maiden's Run to the Hills, Sabbath's Past Lives and Led Zeppelin's How the West was Won, but this is probably beyond that, better than studi releases. It is loud, brutal , hair-raisng, exciting, you name it. Just put in the CD and put on some Sennheiser Headphones, and you are at the show. Note, this set does not make you wish you are at the show,. This sret makes you feel as though you were there....,especially the DVDs, although I don't fancy the. Not portable, you see....Get a DVD Audio Ripper (Legally)

Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars This is a must-have for any fan of The Cure!.......2007-04-20

I was exceptionally pleased with my purchase of The Cure - Greatest Hits DVD. This disc has all of the hit videos from The Cure as well as some Acoustic Recordings that I have not seen on any other set. This is definately something every fan should own!

3 out of 5 stars Mediocre DVD..........2006-08-11

They left out several important videos from the Cure's early years:

Killing an Arab
10:15 Saturday Night
Jumping Someone Else's Train
A Forest
Play For Today
Primary
Other Voices
Charlotte Sometimes
The Hanging Garden
A Night Like This

4 out of 5 stars The Cure Greatest Hits - DVD.......2005-04-22

Great DVD, music and all. Interesting to watch Robert Smith morph from his early stages to the present.

The best part of the DVD collection is the Acoustic renditions of the music and I only wish they would have showed all the songs that are in the CD played acoustically on the DVD. Watching them live and listening to this variation on the music is fantastic.

5 out of 5 stars Awesome Collection!.......2005-01-02

From the age of 12, I have been lulled by the sounds of The Cure. This DVD set gave me a real insight into the mind of Rober Smith & his "motley crew." I had only seen a handful of their videos & this opened a world of creativity I had never known. All the big songs are here & Robert draws you in to see the world the way he sees it. Again, awesome collection.

5 out of 5 stars good but could be better.......2004-11-14

This collection came out to reflect the greatest hits release so I understand that it isnt supose to be a complete video collection. The missing videos besides the hidden one's are some of their greatest videos like charolette sometimes, primary, the hanging garden, the 13th, fascination street, 10:15 on a staurday night, jumping some one elses train, killing an arab. These are all great videos and hopefully some day they will see dvd release. the quality seemed really bad on the transefer to dvd especially on just like heaven where it doesn't seem like they were remastered at all. If only this could of had the same care as on the trilogy dvd. I will still give this 5 stars becuse its the cure and is still enjoyable and thank god it has love cats and the catepillar. I still love it but it leaves much to be desired. Its sad to see the aging of robert smith but it revives the wonderfulness of what the 80's had music wise. If only more kids support cure-like pop. and yes the acoustic set is cool
