Although the poses were OK - the same as what you would get on any other normal video - the sound was absolutely horrible. You can tell this is a low budget tape. No special attention was placed on the audio. All you hear is an annoying echo.When the instructor is giving direction, she's usually in the pose, so she's talking into the mat, which rendors the audio even worse. There are additional directions given, however, they are written on the screen. If you're in a pose, being able to view the screen in order to read isn't going to happen to easily. I've seen better ....MUCH better.

Hottest trend in yoga yet.
This is absolutely what one needs to experience in order to get the best feeling and results from yoga. I had been using other yoga home tapes for a while now, and they all seemed exactly the same. On a beach, environmental music, same old thing.
These got me really excited, and i actually had FUN, while doing the yoga. Its still relaxing at the end, when you go into the floor work and then shavasana (5 minutes of silence) and the music is great. Just enought to kee things moving, and upbeat to make you stay energized throughout the whole routine.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Better Yoga Through Better Tapes.......2004-05-20

The sound on the second tape is horrible. You have to have the volume up so loud that it sort of defeats the point of yoga as a relaxing way to exercise the body. I found the work out to be decent, however, not rendering too many results. I would suggest going more townards Rainbaue Mars for a real serene, and authentic yoga work out that not only renders results but you can actually follow.
