Yes this is a low budget money but who cares..theres a lot of action and the characters have a development, nice to see T kickin the b.... of the drug dealers of east New York and his friends helping him, i love this movie. but not try even to compare it with "Only the Strong"

This movie is a real feel good movie and if you love capoeira you should really see it. And girls enjoy the great body of Jason Gedrick in the movie!!

This superb street/dance drama that uses the graceful Brazilean Dance/Martial arts style known as Capoeira is produced and directed by the reknowned Robert Wise(West Side Story)is about a group of teenagers who dance and fight it out on the rooftops of lower eastside New York City.The group leader(Jason Gedrick)falls in love with a girl involved with drug dealers where a street battle follows.It's a film very well worth watching!!

KIM RAE WON ( LOVE STORY IN HARVARD, 5 STARS) IS ONE OF THE BEST ACTORS . THE STORY IS GOOD WITH HAPPY ENDING. BUT TO ME IT DESERVES A 4 AND NOT 5 STARS.

A feel-good and entertaining look at Korean life today........2005-07-25

As a relative new-comer to Korean drama, I was immediately attracted and became drawn to this show. I had seen only a few episodes on TV, and was never able to see the whole thing, so I felt compelled to buy it. The antics of Jung-Eun and Kyung-Min and their families during their seemingly star-crossed relationship entertained me completely.

Simply put, Rooftop Room Cat is a welcome relief from today's sex-filled, profanity-ridden, insult-slinging shows and made made me feel good.

Kyung Min is an immature, self-centered law student who meets Jung Eun, an innocent hard working woman just out of high school. What transpires over the next 16 hours is pure magic. Kim Rae-won is great as Kyung Min and Jung Da-bin is perfect as Jung Eun. This is a love story with many ups and downs which is enhanced by perceptive writing, beautiful and quirky music and Jung Da-bin's heart and soul performance. She creates an emotional impact which lasts long after the last episode. Don't miss this wonderful DVD set and get the soundtrack if you can particularly for track #2. A wonderful and memorable production.
